Hearts — The Currency of Love

Hearts are our in-app currency — you use them to unlock premium games, get detailed readings, and access features that go deeper than the free stuff.

Once you spend Hearts on a game or feature, that transaction is final. Think of it like buying a concert ticket — once you've been to the show, we can't unsell it. The experience was had.

This is a standard digital goods policy, but we've written it in plain language because you deserve to know exactly what you're buying.

Unused Hearts — 48-Hour Window

Changed your mind before spending? We got you. If you have unused Hearts in your account and you contact us within 48 hours of your purchase, we can process a refund.

This only applies to Hearts you haven't spent yet. Partially-spent bundles will be refunded at the unused value. After 48 hours, all sales are final.

Life happens. If something genuinely went wrong with your purchase — technical error, double charge, anything sketchy — reach out and we'll make it right regardless of timing.

What We Will Always Fix

Technical errors: Got charged but no Hearts appeared? We fix that, no questions asked.

Double charges: If you were billed twice for one purchase, we refund the duplicate. Every time.

Unauthorized purchases: If someone accessed your account and made purchases without your consent, contact us immediately. We take this seriously.

Platform errors: If a purchase went through but the feature didn't work as described, that's on us and we'll sort it.

How to Actually Request a Refund

Step 1: Email us at hello@deluluromance.com with subject line: 'Refund Request'

Step 2: Include your account email, the purchase date, and what you bought (bundle name/size).

Step 3: Tell us what happened — the more detail, the faster we can process it.

We respond within 24–48 hours. If your request is approved, you'll see the refund within 3–5 business days depending on your payment method.

If something felt wrong about your purchase, talk to us like a human. We'll respond like one. We don't hide behind automated replies and we don't use jargon to confuse you.

Our goal is for you to feel like spending money here was worth it. If it wasn't, we want to know why.
