1. Eligibility

2. User Accounts

You may register for an account using an authorised OAuth provider (Google, Facebook, or Twitter/X). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to:

• —Maintain only one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions or earn unauthorised virtual currency is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

3. Virtual Currency — Hearts

The Platform uses a virtual in-game currency called Hearts (❤️). Hearts are used to unlock premium content including bedtime stories, power-ups, and other in-app items.

• —Hearts have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any real-world currency.
• —Hearts are non-transferable between accounts.
• —Hearts purchased with real money are non-refundable once they have been used to unlock content, except as required by applicable consumer protection law.
• —We may offer complimentary Hearts through events or in-Platform mechanics at our discretion. These offerings may be modified or withdrawn at any time without liability.
• —Hearts in a suspended or terminated account are forfeited and will not be refunded.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to bedtime stories, quiz questions, game mechanics, graphics, and the Delulu Romance name and branding — is the exclusive intellectual property of Delulu Romance and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform, its servers, or any related systems or networks.
• —Use automated scripts, bots, or other software to interact with the Platform, collect Hearts, or scrape content.
• —Exploit any bug, vulnerability, or error in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage or access to unauthorised content.
• —Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• —Impersonate any person, entity, or Platform staff member.
• —Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits another user's ability to use or enjoy the Platform.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content therein are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Game results, love meter readings, anime personality assessments, and fortune cookie messages are generated algorithmically for entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional, psychological, relationship, or any other form of advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Delulu Romance and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of Hearts, game progress, account access, or data. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to us in the six months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delulu Romance and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

9. Modifications to the Platform and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
